We couldn't decide if we liked our new cat or dog chocolate box better, so we made a large one for people who like both! Containing 24 of our best chocolates, these ganache chocolates (ganache is the name for the smooth mixture of chocolate and cream traditionally found inside a truffle) are made with Valrhona single origin chocolates, fresh cream and real fruit purees. Our traditional round truffles are double-coated in chocolate, but the fine layer of chocolate on these delicate square treats, inspired by our Prof du Choc's award-winning creations, means that the the unusual and sophisticated flavours of the ganache inside each chocolate are the stars of this show.
