- - Product Description: This lovely heart-shaped box is decorated with the Rococo print and contains 9 of our best chocolates. The ganache chocolates (ganache is the name for the smooth mixture of chocolate and cream traditionally found inside a truffle) are made with Valrhona single origin chocolates, fresh cream and real fruit purees. Our traditional round truffles are double-coated in chocolate, but the fine layer of chocolate on these delicate square treats, inspired by our Prof du Choc's award-winning creations, means that the the unusual and sophisticated flavours of the ganache inside each chocolate are the stars of this show.
