The Grenada Chocolate Company produce all their own rare organic Trinitario cocoa beans on small estates on the tiny Caribbean island of Grenada. The cocoa is grown in rain forest estates where cocoa trees alternate with nutmeg, banana, mango and other shade trees - the ideal setting for ecologically grown cocoa. This bar is strong and bitter-sweet with extra fruity cocoa flavour notes.
