Make Chocolate Like The Professionals
Would you like to learn to make chocolate like an award-winning chocolatier?
Well, actually, you can when you visit our Rococo School of Chocolate! Our Academy of Chocolate Chocolatier of the Year Laurent himself will pass on his expertise in the art of chocolate making and cooking with chocolate. Combining both theory and practice, you’ll be hands-deep in chocolate while being able to ask our Prof du Choc anything you’d like. Best yet, you’ll be able to taste happily throughout the class, and take home your tasty creations!
Classes from absolute beginners to one to one master classes. We welcome parties, groups or individuals.

Group Classes at our Motcomb St Chocolate School
(suitable for beginners+)

Choose from 2 modules:
Perfectly Tempered Chocolate - Teaching you fundamentals of working with and appreciating good chocolate, this course covers chocolate tempering, making chocolate figurines and tips for recreating the recipes at home. (And gives you a goody bag to take home!)

The Perfect Truffle - The natural progression from our Tempering class, this next step elaborates on how to make a chocolate truffle. Find out which ingredients work best and by the end of the course you will have your own range of hand-made chocolates to take home. (As well as a goody bag to take home!)

10:00-13:00 Perfectly Tempered Chocolate (maximum of 4 per class)

Advanced Classes at our Chocolate Atelier

One to One, One Day Class - £550pp
You will join the Head Chocolatier and his team during the weekly production of truffles. You will learn the production process from tempering to ganache making. You will make different truffles, from the simple to the more exotic and flavoured.

This class includes lunch, goody bag, recipes, tasting with our chocolatier Laurent.

One to One, Three Day Class - £1550pp
You will join the Head Chocolatier and his team during the weekly production of truffles, learning the entire production process from tempering to ganache making. You’ll learn to make different truffles, from the simple to the more exotic and flavoured ones, and learn the important process of enrobing to top it all off.
At the end of the class you will receive a certificate (among other goodies!) to prove your new chocolatiering skills. Not only will you receive a certificate, you’ll have recipes, lunch, tasting with our chocolatier Laurent, and a goody bag, which includes the book, Chocolate – Food of the Gods, autographed by author Chantal Coady

Terms & Conditions
Payment is required in full 2 weeks before the event. Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the event, in which case we charge a cancellation fee of 20%of the total price. Any change in guest numbers must also be communicated to us a minimum of 48 hours prior the event.
