Parties for grown ups include learning interesting chocolate facts, tasting some original chocolate bars, rolling freshly made truffles and of course eating chocolate!

Chocolate Truffle Rolling Workshop

Whether you are celebrating birthday, hen's night out or organising team building event, our truffle rolling workshop is your safest choice. Entertaining and educational at the same time, it offers hands on experience with real chocolate for everyone.

Freshly prepared individual ganaches are dipped into melted chocolate by guests and then rolled in various toppings, such as cocoa powder, icing sugar, ground nuts etc.

You can also add from our menu of optional extras like champagne, canapes, chocolate fondue and face painting to create your perfect bespoke event.

Party size: up to 12 adults (or 24 if we close the shop for your sole use).

Duration: up to 1.5 hours

Price: From £50 per head (price includes welcoming Rococo hot chocolate shot on arrival, truffle rolling workshop, goody bag with made truffles and complimentary soft drink at the end)

Chocolate Dipping Workshop/Party

Shorter version of our popular Truffle Rolling workshop, this event offers you 1 hour long, fabulous session of chocolate dipping.

From £35 per head for 60 minute workshop

Price includes welcoming Rococo hot chocolate shot on arrival, chocolate tasting, chocolate dipping, which involves dipping various fresh fruit, handmade Rococo marshmallows and handmade butter cookies into melted chocolate and complimentary soft drink at the end.

Play around with tempered chocolate

Heat up - cool down, heat up - cool down...Hello tempering! Chocolate is a delicious but tricky ingredient. Tempering is the secret to professional and beautiful chocolates. What you are doing is re-aligning the unstable cocoa crystals. In short, tempering changes the structure of the chocolate so that it is easy to work with, and gives a shiny, glossy finish with a satisfying snap.

Observe our chocolatier temper chocolate and then have fun with it! Make your own chocolate bar, some traditional animal shaped figurines, and even recreate the famous Rococo wafers with your own personal style. Release the calligrapher in you and write in chocolate too! While you're tasting some of our flavoured bars and learning the origins of chocolate, your pieces of art will set and will be ready to be brought home!

Ganaches and its various uses

Watch our chocolatier make a ganache and then have some fun with it. Make some chocolate truffles and maybe a mouthwatering chocolate tart. Then add some coffee to your ganache, pop it in the freezer and you'll have a super tasty choco-mocha semifreddo! These are just some of the endless possibilities but one thing is for sure: next time you need a recipe to impress, you'll have this to rely on!
