Chocolate Delivery within the UK only
**LAST ORDER DATE FOR VALENTINE'S DELIVERY IS MIDNIGHT, THURSDAY 9TH FEBRUARY**
To be sure of receiving your chocolates in time, please choose DHL delivery. If you order after Thursday we will do our best to send your parcel, but please be aware that it may not arrive in time.
Rococo Chocolates currently only delivers to customers within the UK, so feel free to order within or outside the UK for delivery within! Stay posted for delivery outside the UK, though.
Unfortunately, not all deliveries can be made in our 'ape,' but if you're privileged enough to catch sight of it zipping around London, feel free to give a friendly wave to the driver!
When you place an order on the Rococo Chocolates website, you will be sent a confirmation email with the status of your order.
Orders for delivery in the UK are dispatched from Rococo as soon as possible - usually within 48 hours - provided items are in stock. Once dispatched, packages can then take a further 1-2 working days (not including weekends) to arrive at the stated delivery address, depending on the delivery option chosen. Therefore, customers should allow a total of four working days for delivery after placing their order.
Please note: During busy periods, for example orders for Christmas or Easter chocolates, delivery times have been known to increase to seven days.
Customers can track the status of their purchase anytime by logging onto their Amazon customer account. Once an order has been dispatched, customers can monitor the status of their delivery if they have selected tracking service, the number of which is provided in all order confirmation emails.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail 2-Day Tracking Service or DHL courier service, depending on which deliery option has been chosen by the customer. Please note that those who prefer expedited shipping should choose DHL courier service.
If you are out when the order arrives, a card will be left indicating the depot where the package is held for maximum period of two weeks.
Under no circumstances can Rococo be held responsible for the failure of deliveries to arrive on time, therefore refunds cannot be given where orders have not arrived on time..
