Rococo Chocolates Classes, Workshops, Tastings, Children’s Parties and Events
Please notify staff if you or your child partaking in the event has any specific food allergies.
Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes prior the event. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, however we are unable to accept late arrivals due to our tight time schedule.
If you’re holding the event after 6.30pm, or have more than the stated maximum of guests, a rate of £175 per hour will be added to your final bill. Rococo Chocolates does not provide alcohol. Corkage fee is £15.
Payment is required in full 2 weeks before the event.
Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the event, in which case we charge a cancellation fee of 20%of the total price. Any change in guest numbers must also be communicated to us a minimum of 48 hours prior the event.
Rococo Chocolates is not to be held responsible for any lost or stolen private property at our premises. Any damages to Rococo’s belongings and property during the chocolate classes, workshops or events have to be paid for.
All children participating in children’s chocolate workshops have to be minimum 8 years of age.
All children groups attending chocolate workshops have to be accompanied by at least 1 adult per 4 children.
