The Champagne & Hibiscus Truffle is an indulgent combination of rich white chocolate ganache flavoured with Charles Heidsieck Rosé Champagne and a sweet syrup made from hibiscus flowers. The freshness of the champagne balances the sweetness of the syrup and complements the richness of the white chocolate ganache. This delicious combination is then encased in a Rococo milk chocolate shell.
As with all of our chocolates we always use the finest ingredients and these truffles are no different, but one ingredient elevates this truffle’s outstanding flavour – the champagne. Charles Heidsieck is one of the great names in champagne. Charles-Camille Heidsieck was the original ‘Champagne Charlie’ who founded the Champagne House in 1851. Its fame now rests in the unrivalled quality of its wines and the countless awards it has received. The winemaking team has won ‘sparkling Winemaker of the Year’ at the International Wine Challenge 16 times, an accolade that no other house has won more than twice.
