Delivery
Rococo Chocolates is committed to ensuring your beautiful gifts and treats are delivered in perfect condition. We will pack your chocolates with protective bubble wrap in a plain brown box to keep your gifts a secret until you give them. Orders are usually shipped the next working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after your order is successfully processed. We will notify you once your parcel is on its way. Please note at busy times, including Christmas and Easter; shipping may take slightly longer.
Christmas Deliveries
Following Strike Action Notices from Royal Mail as well as very high shipping volumes, we have had to disable Royal Mail as a shipping option.
All orders will be shipped using DPD, which is also experiencing slower than usual services, but will deliver before Christmas provided you place your order before 18/12.
Please note that we are currently unable to guarantee specific delivery days and cannot advise on exact delivery windows for your order.
International Shipping
VAT, customs charges and other fees are payable by the recipient and we are unfortunately not yet able to offer you pre-payment of any import duties.
Tracking Numbers
We will provide a tracking number for your parcel once it is dispatched, which you can use to track your package. Orders are usually shipped the next working day (excludes Saturday & Sunday)*. When the temperature in London exceeds 25 degrees, we may delay shipments and turn off the option for next day delivery.
Shipping during COVID-19
At this time, certain factors will be outside our control. As such, we cannot guarantee shipping times. We will make our best effort to meet deadlines. We ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. Please place time-sensitive order well in advance.
Changes to your order
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed it. We will aim to ship your order as soon as we can, so we cannot guarantee any changes can be made. To make a change, please contact customerservice@rococochocolates.com

UK Express Delivery: FREE on orders over £35 or £3.99 on smaller orders
Royal Mail 24 Delivery: £5.95 – Orders must be placed by noon for same day dispatch (Tuesday to Friday)
DPD Next Day Delivery: £9.99 Orders must be placed 2 PM for same day dispatch (Tuesday to Thursday)
International Shipping
European Union - 2 to 11 business days - £14.99
Rest of World - 3 to 25 business days-£23.99
