Our chocolate Tasting and Making Masterclass is a hands-on, in-depth introduction to working in fine chocolate. Whether you’re totally new to everyone’s favourite ingredient, or an experiences connoisseur wanting to hone your skills, our Chocolatier Masterclass offer expert tuition in tasting and making chocolate.
Guided by our Chocolatier, you’ll begin with a thorough look at chocolate’s provenance and the bean to bar process. You’ll sample a range of our fine chocolates, discovering their unique characteristics and how to build a flavour profile.
You’ll then be immersed in hands-on chocolate work, learning to make your own chocolate bars, velvety truffles and caramels to take home. On the way, you’ll master some of the key skills of the Chocolatier, including tempering, caramelisation, truffle rolling, ganache-making and piping. Your creations will be packaged up at the end of the day in our iconic blue and white packaging, to be gifted to friends or family or enjoyed at home.
