Our Salted Caramel Truffle Experience begins with an informal education on Rococo Chocolates, the history of chocolate and its provenance.
You’ll then be guided through making the salted caramel, followed by a Chocolate Tasting with our Chocolatier as the caramel cools. You’ll sample several different types of chocolate and explore flavour and texture using multiple senses.
After you have mastered the art of tasting, you will then pipe your caramel into their milk chocolate shells, ready to roll and coat in cocoa for the finishing touch. You’ll then package up your creations to enjoy at home (if they make it that far!)

Salted Caramel Truffle Making Experiences take place in the Kitchen at our Belgravia shop (5 Motcomb Street, SW1X 8JU) and run for 2 hours.
