  • Caviar and really good chocolate have long been associated with living the good life. Now Rococo Chocolates have taken caviar salt from the Exmoor Caviar company, and turned the grains into caviar-flavoured pearls of subtly salty fine dark single origin Tanzanian chocolate. This provides an incredible umami experience, and is a unique gift for the connoisseur, dinner party hostess or could be used to give an unusual flavour to a hot sauce. This is exclusive to Rococo and comes in a beautiful tin designed by Chantal Coady OBE, founder, owner and creative director of Rococo Chocolates. Chantal said, "I am really excited about our latest innovation. It has been great working with the Exmoor Caviar Company and the first truly British caviar, from sturgeons raised on Exmoor.”
  • Ingredients:  Tanzanian cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, 5% Exmoor CAVIAR salt (80% Cornish sea salt, 20% Exmoor CAVIAR (Acipenser baerii, colour: charcoal powder)), natural vanilla powder.
