They have been making them for three generations, and for ours they use Provencal almonds which are toasted and caramelised before being dipped in dark chocolate mixed with herbs.     Crunchy caramelised almonds,coated in a thin layer of milk chocolate with a hint of coffee blended into chocolate mixed with herbs de Provence.
