  • This is a high grown cocoa from the Andean foothills of north central Peru, from a region which is also famous for its coffee.

    Chantal's Tasting Notes Soft gentle fruit bouquet with apricot, citrus, honey, cherry, fig, and new mown hay on the nose. The 63% cocoa allows the buttery subtle notes to shine through.
