Chantal, Rococo's founder, was inspired to make our Sea Salt milk chocolate after walking along a beach eating an ice cream which mingled with the salt on her lips. Anglesey Sea Salt intensifies the cocoa and caramel flavour notes in our organic 40% house milk chocolate blend, and the lingering salty-sweet taste in a thin after-dinner chocolate disc is incredibly moreish.
Sophie Dahl told The Times, "If I could wave a magic wand, I would always have a fridge full of Rococo's Sea Salt Wafers. They make brilliant little Christmas presents, although in my house they last about five minutes."
