This bar is made from a single variety cocoa bean called the Mayan Red, famous for its flavour and crimson colour. These unique beans are fermented and roasted in a special way to optimise the flavour of the cocoa.
Bold and fruity, with a hint of natural sweetness. Notes of juicy ripe plums and blackcurrants complement the rich, rounded flavours of honey and sultanas.
