Rococo and COVID-19
We understand this is a stressful and uncertain time for everyone, and as such many of you will reach for the comfort and happiness you get from Rococo Chocolate. For that reason, we are working hard to protect our people and systems so that we can continue to sell through our website and instore. We are still offering UK Shipping as well as international shipping where postage is allowed by the destination. Due to the evolving nature of the situation, your delivery may take longer than planned.
Some things have changed:
1. Our Stores
As a food business, our stores remain open in Tier 4. In the interest of adhering to government direction, it is mandatory to wear a mask in all Rococo Stores. We ask our customers to maintain social distancing while inside the store. We are still offering our click and collect service, order online and your order will be ready to collect in your chosen store on the same day.
2. Same-Day Home Delivery
For the first time, we are now offering same-day delivery in London (postcode restrictions apply). Orders must be placed before 3pm. Call us direct on +44 (0) 20 7352 5857, and we’ll arrange a chocolate drop straight to your door. This service is free on orders over £50 and is £10 for smaller orders. If you can stand to wait, shipping is still free on orders over £20 from our website. Unfortunately, the home delivery team are not able to help with customer service issues, please see below for how to contact customer service.
3. Deliveroo
Got a craving for a sweet treat? We are now also on Deliveroo (postcode restrictions apply).
4. Time Sensitive/ Christmas Deliveries
As we do not know what the coming weeks will hold, we ask that you place your orders as early as possible. At this time we are delighted to be still offering UK Shipping, but we are aware this could change due to a number of factors as things progress. Please do place your time-sensitive orders as early as possible as some orders may experience a delay.
At this time Royal Mail is experiencing significant delays in certain areas. Once your package has left Rococo there is nothing we can do to speed delivery up. For time-sensitive orders such as birthdays or anniversaries, we strongly suggest you opt for our DPD Next-Day Shipping option.

We are a small business and a small team. We are taking every measure to protect people’s health and jobs, following all best practices and government advice. Our team is working hard to respond to your questions as quickly as possible. Some things will be simply out of our control during this time, but we will always do our best to go above and beyond to solve any problems that arise with your order.
7. Supporting the NHS
Just like the rest of the country, we at Rococo feel the need to cherish the people who are at the front line helping us to defeat COVID-19. And the best way that we can do this is by sharing our delicious chocolate. We have already responded to a number of requests from customers and colleagues to donate chocolate to doctors, nurses and other NHS workers that they are affiliated with.
