Think Rosemary and Sea Salted Milk Chocolate with Gosnell’s delicate floral and citrus classic mead, and Passionfruit and Mango Caramel with a Citra Sea Mead.
Throughout the evening you’ll learn all about how chocolate is made and where it comes from, as well as the unique brewing process of mead (which is alcohol fermented from honey if you weren’t sure!). For the main event you’ll be guided through a series of delicious chocolate and mead pairings, developed by our experts. You will be invited to ask questions and really test our knowledge!
As a parting gift, you will be given a full-size pairing of your choice to take home with you.
