62% Canoabo Criollo Dark Chocolate Ganache

Floral notes and flavours of pine nuts, honey. The ganache is enrobed with 75% Chuao Dark Chocolate. 

This ganache has a delicate flavour that reveals itself as the chocolate melts on the tongue, and that lingers on the palate.

We make all of our fresh chocolates by hand, in small batches, in our London Kitchen.
