Our kitchen is looking for a Chocolatier. Experience working with chocolate is essential for the role.
A passion for chocolate, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a small team, should go alongside a desire to learn and to strive for the best you can produce, as well as an excellent work ethic. You should also be comfortable with taking the lead as we are a growing company with an expanding kitchen team.
You’ll get full training in the Rococo techniques, making our delicious ganaches, marshmallows and caramels, together with an excellent understanding of working with chocolate, and the opportunity to work for one of the top chocolate companies in the UK.
