March: Hot Cross Bun
Our Chocolate of the Month in March is our take on the classic Good Friday treat – The Hot Cross Bun. We’ve taken the fruit and spice flavours from a Hot Cross Bun and encased them in either milk of dark chocolate. These chocolates contain spiced marzipan with tangy fruits and notes of fresh orange.
April: Red Berry
Our Chocolate of the Month in April is a fruity new addition to our Fresh Collection. Our limited edition Red Berry is a sour cherry jelly and berry ganache, all wrapped in rich, dark chocolate.

The Spring/Summer Fresh Collection
Guava Pate de Fruit - A Caribbean inspired delicacy, a fruit jelly with a tangy sweet flavour and a sugar coating.
Orange and Cardamom - A layer of hazelnut praline with candied orange peel and a white chocolate ganache with fresh cardamom, enrobed in milk chocolate.
Banana & Cashew - A praline with roasted cashew nuts and freeze-dried banana encased in milk chocolate.
Mango & Chilli - A layer of alphonso mango ganache, white chocolate ganache and a flavourful dark chilli ganache.
Madagascan Vanilla - A white chocolate ganache with aromatic bourbon vanilla that adds depth and floral notes.
Yuzu - A dark chocolate ganache with fresh and zingy Japanese yuzu.
Strawberries & Cream - A British summer classic transformed into a creamy strawberry ganache.
Olive Oil - A dark chocolate ganache made with Italian olive oil, encased in our house blend dark chocolate. (V)
Mojito - Fresh mint ganache and dark rum ganache with a zingy lime jelly.
Passionfruit & Coconut - Tart passionfruit jelly with a creamy coconut praline, coated in milk chocolate.
Piña colada - A caramel with pineapple and coconut puree and white rum, all encased in dark chocolate. (V)
Almond, Yuzu & Date Praline - An almond marzipan base with date paste and fruity yuzu chocolate. Enrobed in 65% dark chocolate. (V)
Almond and Orange Praline - An almond and hazelnut praline with confit orange peel. Enrobed in 65% dark chocolate. (V)
Almond & Raspberry Praline - An almond and hazelnut praline with freeze-dried raspberry pieces. Enrobed in dark 65% chocolate. (V)
Madagascar House Truffle - A fine Madagascar single origin chocolate with berry and citrus notes.
Anglesey Sea Salt Caramel Ganache - Our best-selling salted caramel ganache is infused with Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt.
Dark Chocolate Cluster - Crunchy caramelised almonds in 66% dark chocolate. (V)
Milk Chocolate Cluster - Crunchy caramelised almonds in our house 41% milk chocolate.
Dark Sea Salt Caramel - Our signature silky salted caramel made with smoked Halen Môn sea salt, encased in dark chocolate.
