Every few months we add a small number of chocolates to this collection, inspired by the changing seasons.

    What makes these chocolates special?

    Our Head Chocolatier Evelyn Birbaumer works closely with her team to develop a new collection to follow the seasons. Inspired by London landmarks and independent businesses, they design the chocolates they want to eat.

    Made by hand and lovingly decorated every week in our London kitchen, these chocolates are truly special, and no two bonbons or ganaches are the same.

    To maximise the flavours of the bonbons and to help the ingredients shine, our chocolatiers limit the use of preservatives in our recipes.

    This means our chocolates are best enjoyed fresh, which is where they get their name from!

      Our current collection takes inspiration from flavours from across the globe.

      They include incredibly fragrant ingredients, such as lemon verbena, fresh gingers, and coffee from The Gentleman's Baristas.

        A perfectly balanced sweet & savoury caramel with a deep, roasted coffee, flavour.

      • Rococo Chocolates London | Delicious rosemary from Borough Market is infused to make this delicious limited edition bonbon.

        Passionfruit and Rosemary Caramel

        We infuse passionfruit puree with fresh rosemary from Borough Market. This chocolate is encased with a single origin madagascan milk chocolate.

      • Rococo Chocolates London | Japanese flavours influence this chocolate to create a surprising and delicious combination of flavours.

        Red Miso Caramel

        We infuse cream with red miso, for its deep umami flavour. We only use a small quantity, to ensure it doesn't overpower the infusion.

      • Rococo Chocolates London | Trinidad-inspired pineapple chow: coriander, pineapple and dark chocolate make for a spicy bite.

        Pineapple Chow

        At the very last moment, we add fresh coriander to give this chocolate zing & fragrance. It is then enrobed in dark chocolate, to offset the sweetness, spice & zest.

      How do I subscribe?

      We offer two ways of subscribing to our Fresh Chocolates.
      Our pre-paid subscriptions allow you to pay upfront and pick the cadence at which you want to receive your boxes. Perfect for a very thoughtful and generous birthday or anniversary gift that keeps on giving.
      Look out for the monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly subscriptions.
      For the gourmets who can't pop into one of our stores, we also offer a "pay-as-you-go" option, which you can select on the product page.
