Every few months we add a small number of chocolates to this collection, inspired by the changing seasons.

Guided by a passion for the art of chocolate-making, our London chocolatiers meticulously design each seasonal chocolate collection, seeing every bonbon and ganache as a canvas for their creativity.
These handmade chocolates are crafted in small batches in our London kitchen , where daring imagination meets forty years of heritage and style.We are committed to quality and provenance, using only the best and most ethically sourced ingredients. To ensure an exceptional taste experience, we use minimal processing and limit preservatives, allowing the character of each ingredient to shine.

How Fresh Subscriptions Work:
We offer two ways of subscribing to our Fresh Chocolates.
Our pre-paid subscriptions allow you to pay upfront and pick the cadence at which you want to receive your boxes. Perfect for a very thoughtful and generous birthday or anniversary gift that keeps on giving.
Look out for the monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly subscriptions.
For the gourmets who can't pop into one of our stores, we also offer a "pay-as-you-go" option, which you can select on the product page.
Pick the frequency you want, and you will be able to skip boxes or cancel at anytime.

All of our chocolates are made using high quality ingredients. Since our acquisition by the Prestat Group, we are proud to be working with the award-winning Domori coverture chocolate, which is sourced from the Ivory Coast.
Our Chocolatier’s Fresh collection is handmade in small batches in our London Chocolate Kitchen using Domori Chocolate coverture.
Our chocolate gift boxes are made with delicious chocolates from carefully selected partners in the UK, following recipes developed by our in-house chocolatiers to ensure they meet our standards of high quality and taste. Where possible, we work with small heritage businesses who craft our chocolates by hand.
Our confectionary collection, including our Italian Nougat, French Pralines and Jello Babes, are carefully sourced from responsible partners across France and Belgium to our specifications, ensuring excellence in taste, look and quality.
