Chocolatier's Fresh Collection
These chocolates are made in small batches in our London kitchen by our passionate team of chocolatiers.
Every few months we add a small number of chocolates to this collection, inspired by the changing seasons.
Our Head Chocolatier Ricarte Maritz works closely with his team to develop a new collection to follow the seasons. Inspired by classic British flavours and inspiration from around the World, they design the chocolates they want to eat. Made with exceptional ingredients handpicked from incredible businesses, and lovingly decorated in our London kitchen, these chocolates are truly special, and no two bonbons or ganaches are the same.
To maximise the flavours of the bonbons and to help the ingredients shine, our chocolatiers limit the use of preservatives in our recipes. This means our chocolates are best enjoyed fresh, which is where they get their name from!

How Fresh Subscriptions Work:
We offer two ways of subscribing to our Fresh Chocolates.
Our pre-paid subscriptions allow you to pay upfront and pick the cadence at which you want to receive your boxes. Perfect for a very thoughtful and generous birthday or anniversary gift that keeps on giving.
Look out for the monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly subscriptions.
For the gourmets who can't pop into one of our stores, we also offer a "pay-as-you-go" option, which you can select on the product page.
Pick the frequency you want, and you will be able to skip boxes or cancel at anytime.
