Scotch Whisky - A smooth truffle centre of Ghanaian origin chocolate blended with a hefty dram of Glenlivit Nadurra single malt.
Marmalade - The story goes that in 1700, a storm battered ship carrying Seville oranges sheltered in Dundee harbour. The locals made marmalade, and Dundee speciality was born. We’ve made our own version, and blended freshly made marmalade with Madagascan dark chocolate for a slightly bitter, textured ganache.
Blackberry & Heather Honey - Scotland is famed for its natural produce, including juicy berries. We have a deep, gentle blackberry jelly topped with an aromatic ganache, rich with the flavour of Scottish Heather Honey.
Porridge & Raspberry Jam - The quintessential Scottish product: Oats! We’ve made a Gianduja, stirred in plenty of Scotland’s finest, and topped it with a raspberry jelly..
